We’re recruiting: BID Manager – North Acton BID

An exciting opportunity has opened up to help shape the next chapter for North Acton.

North Acton BID is a newly established Business Improvement District bringing together businesses and property owners across one of West London’s fastest-evolving commercial locations. We’re looking for a confident, practical and collaborative BID Manager to become the day-to-day lead and visible face of the BID.

This is a hands-on place management role with plenty of variety. You will build relationships with businesses and key partners, coordinate projects and suppliers, and turn the BID Board’s priorities into visible, measurable improvements across safety and security, cleanliness, culture, and traffic and transport. 

This is an important point in North Acton BID’s development, with the opportunity to help establish how the BID operates, build strong relationships across the area and make a tangible difference from the outset.

The successful candidate will be employed by Locus Management Solutions and dedicated to North Acton BID. You will have access to the wider Locus team for support across finance, governance, marketing and communications, engagement, security, procurement and specialist BID advice, allowing you to focus on relationships, delivery and outcomes for levy payers. 

Salary: £50,000 FTE
Working pattern: Four or five days per week
Location: North Acton, London, with hybrid working
Closing date: 16 October 2026

Previous BID experience would be valuable, but it isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in people with relevant experience in place management, regeneration, local government or other multi-stakeholder environments who can build relationships, manage delivery and get things done.
