Locus MS’s Place Division is a leading consultancy in place management, specialising in the development, delivery and renewal of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) across the UK. We work with towns, cities and districts to create vibrant, economically resilient places through evidence-led strategies, operational support, and stakeholder engagement.

The COO will play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our day-to-day consultancy services, supporting both our existing BID clients and the development of new projects. This is a senior-level appointment for a highly organised and strategic operator with a deep understanding of Business Improvement Districts, including both operational delivery and the renewal/development lifecycle.
