    Lucy leads the day-to-day delivery of all place-based work. Lucy brings significant experience from both consultancy and BID management, including leading BID development and renewal projects with a 100% ballot success rate, and previously overseeing operational delivery, budgets and a successful renewal ballot as Director of Operations at Nottingham BID.

    One of the UK’s leading figures in place-shaping and urban strategy. Paul’s expertise covers local governance, BID regulations and BID policy; having developed many BIDs, DMOs and partnerships across the UK including London, Scotland and The North.
